The fully automatic metal zipper gapping machine is the first step in the production of metal zipper post-processing equipment. It connects with the long code metal zipper produced by the Y-tooth machine, sets the standard length of the finished zipper through numerical control, automatically flushes out excess chain teeth, and forms a fixed space, providing pre processing for subsequent zipper head installation, upper and lower stop, and cutting processes. It is widely suitable for large-scale production of ordinary round tooth and Y-tooth metal zippers, replacing manual teeth cleaning and sizing, and greatly improving size consistency and production efficiency.
