During operation, the equipment automatically completes a series of actions such as mold closing, high-pressure injection, pressure holding cooling, mold opening, and ejection of finished products. Molten zinc alloy is injected into the mold cavity at high speed through a gooseneck tube, and after cooling and solidification, it forms a neatly shaped zipper head, without the need for manual transfer of molten metal throughout the entire process.
