The operates on ultrasonic cutting technology combined with a robotic arm pulling system to execute the final trimming of open‑end zippers.

Robotic Arm Pulling – A servo‑driven robotic arm grips the zipper chain and pulls it forward to the exact cutting position with controlled tension and precise alignment. This ensures that every cut is made at the correct length (based on preset parameters) and that the ultrasonic horn hits the designated spot consistently. The robotic arm also removes the finished zipper after cutting, allowing for uninterrupted continuous operation.

System Integration & Control – The entire process is synchronised by a PLC that manages feeding, pulling, ultrasonic activation, cutting time, and ejection.
